There is nothing to dislike at this hotel. The staff. The hotel and the restaurants are all amazing. I don't have a bad word to say about the hotel. It really is 100% amazing. The attention to detail is incredible and there are so many staff available to help you at every turn. From the staff round the pool. To the restaurants to the reception to the cleaners are all amazing. Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely be back x

We visited this beautiful resort for the UK October Half term holidays and were very impressed by the hotel and its staff's professionalism. We had read many reviews before coming out, about how great the staff is, and we must agree that the staff of this hotel make this hotel spectacular. From our arrival in the morning, we were warmly greeted with cold drinks and gifts for our young children. Our rooms were ready upon arrival and even given an upgrade for our rooms. Before arriving, I had emailed Afsal Rahman in guest services with a few requests which he and his team fully delivered. Thank you, Afsal! During our stay, our hotel room was cleaned very well followed by a turndown service in the evenings which we truly appreciated after coming back from a day of being at the pool. Thank you to Kamal for keeping our room clean and replenished with water and other goodies. Our daughter had a great time at the kid’s club and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities there. We did feel that the kids club needed more structure for the day with on-going activities. We have stayed at many Marriott properties, and we felt the Le Royal Meridien kids club needs a bit more attention and structure. The daily schedule should be made visible when you enter the kids club, so that parents know what is happening through out the day. Also, the big apple computers and TV screens should not really be encouraged for young children. We saw children sitting so close to the screens which is not a great idea. The concierge team were helpful with booking our restaurants and following up with them. We did feel the concierge team needed more "education" on popular fine-dining and normal restaurants. We found that they didnt know of many of the restaurants we were suggesting (that we were told about by other international visitors in Dubai or can be found on google). We thoroughly enjoyed all the restaurants in this resort, our favourite was the Mexican. The food, ambience and service were 10/10! The small touches of handing out ice lollies at the pool side when it was super-hot during the day, was a lovely idea. The lifeguards did a fantastic job watching all the children and adults in the pool to ensure everyone was safe. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of foods and extras available. The staff at Breakfast were extremely helpful and very attentive. You don’t see this often in other hotels, but the staff here were fast at taking away dirty dishes, cups and setting up new ones as we needed. Finally, we usually had lunch/drinks in the Latitude bar where we would regularly be served by Manzoor. Manzoor was helpful, intelligent and had a great way of communicating with children and adults. He was always attentive (he always knew what we liked drinking) and went above and beyond to serve us as per our requests. Thank you Manzoor. You are truly a gem to this hotel! I had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the Hnegil from reception made me feel welcome with their friendly and efficient service. The housekeeping staff maintained an immaculate room each day, ensuring a comfortable and spotless environment. Also Simar from luggage staff was very prompt in his service, making my arrival and departure seamless.
