Excellent service
Always the Hilton and they always take care of me. The mattress in room was a little too firm on me so when I went to the reception they immediately called the housekeeping to put an extra cushion on the bed. I now sleep comfortably. Thank you. Lastly, the executive lounge. One of the best service from the crew (Sain, April, Lydia, Ellen and Eiei) I experienced coming to the executive lounge. I’ve been to many Hilton executive lunge but this crew are very attentive to the needs of their guest. Thank you for the excellent service .

Business conference at Hilton
I am here for a conference and the event has been handled very well by Hilton. The food is perfect and caters to all types of audience with different preferences like vegetarian. Even adhoc demands for drinks like coke tea and coffee are handled with a smile and on time. Shahnawaz in particular makes sure every person gets what they want and on time every time.
