In the midst of Soho and moments from Mayfair, Ham Yard has an urban village feel. The hotel revolves around a tree-filled garden with a bronze sculpture centrepiece by Tony Cragg. Interiors are designed by Kit Kemp in her award-winning modern British style.
Alongside the hotel’s 91 individually designed bedrooms and suites are 24 apartments, 13 independent stores and a restaurant and bar with outdoor dining. There is a drawing room and library, rooftop terrace, spa and gym, theatre, private event rooms and bowling alley.

The Ham Yard Hotel is a beautiful hotel within walking distance of theatres, restaurants, attractions and shopping. The staff is friendly and professional, the decor is refreshingly colourful and artistically eclectic - all of which put a smile on our faces as soon as we arrived! The rooms are very well equipped with everything a guest could need. The hotel has lovely dining options including a beautiful indoor restaurant, patio restaurant and bar, and a rooftop terrace. There are also several other special common areas to sit in and relax. We will definitely stay at the Ham Yard on our next visit to London, UK.

Wonderful hotel. Such a great location near shops, restaurants and a stones throw from Piccadilly underground. If you’ve stayed in a Firmdale hotel before you’ll know the format - fabulous, trendy and top quality decor. The bedrooms and the public areas are all beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is second to none. The roof terrace on the 4th floor is so relaxing and the bowling alley & cinema are just amazing. Breakfast is everything you could ask for, either in the main restaurant or an outside table if the weather allows - buffet table but mainly a la carte - huge portions! We also had a wonderful dinner one night, and can definitely say the Dover sole is to die for - beautifully presented by friendly and professional staff. The Kit Kemp formula certainly works and every one of the Firmdale hotels is amazing, although the HamYard has just taken my top spot and I am reluctant to stay anywhere else in London now. The staff are the best, as each and every one seems to love their job and want to make your stay as good as possible. Many thanks to everyone at HamYard who helped make our 5 night stay fantastic. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Lovely hotel. I love the decor, very beautiful and the signature of a Firmdale hotel. Great breakfast in the morning. Afternoon tea is also great. Fantastic cocktails at the bar in the evening - it is buzzing. The spa is good too. Would love to live here full time...
