Family time in Dubai
What a wonderful place. My family were made to feel very special from start to finish. After a long overnight flight & arriving early morning the reception went above & beyond to ensure we were looked after. Everywhere we went we were greeted by helpful staff, I must say Daniel was a fantastic host throughout our holiday. We had a fantastic choice of restaurants. As a buffet style restaurant, Sloanes fitted the bill perfectly. The room was exceptional, coupled with a great service. We used the swimming pools and associated restaurants & bars. Which we all enjoyed. Access to both towers was easy with the connecting footbridge. Location was perfect with easy access to JBR & marine walk. Thank you for everything, Grosvenor House certainly exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic stay at the Grosvenor.
The hotel was fantastic, so clean. All the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. We would definitely stay here again. 1st class service. We got upgraded to an apartment which was lovely. Couldn’t fault anything. Great breakfast loads of choices.

Luxury as it Best
Everything was great. All the members of the hotel are very polite and professional. Friendly stuff, great food, excellent service. I have visited a lot of hotels in UAE, but this one looks more focused on excellent service than any other. Will try to come back in future.
