The staff made our stay at Sofitel JBR
What a pleasant stay.. The house keeping staff were just so sweet, Nima was so amazing and greeted us every day. I had birthday cards and a cake from them and then after a surprise engagement when they heard our room was decorated with flowers, roses and again a kind card of congratulations. The customer service is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. There’s nothing they won’t do for you, and all extremely helpful! It’s a great spot if you want everything in close proximity too, the beach is on your doorstep and so are the large variety of shops and restaurants. Thank you guys 🙏🏾

Great service
Boomi looked after us brilliantly He deserves his 5* review The room management for the stay was exemplary Can’t fault him in any way He also made us a brilliant crocodile from towels etc and a lovely thank you note The pool staff were also excellent, nothing was too much trouble

Fabulous !
Beautiful hotel with the most courteous staff. Location is perfect for the Marina and beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. In Particular Evelyn in the bar and Lipy our housekeeper were fabulous and showed great customer service.
